Pride

I was guided to look at some of my client reviews on my google business page the other week. As I read some of the amazing kind reviews that people had written about me and my work it made me feel incredibly proud of myself and everything I have done so far on my spiritual journey.

When I started my business back in 2018 I can always remember spirit telling me "we will never let you down" and up until this point they haven't even through COVID times.

To be proud of your work means you take great care over it, you are diligent and hard working, not necessarily that you think your work is superior to anyone else's. To be proud of yourself reflects the acknowledgement of your achievements, your courage, resilience and that you live to your own true values.

You can also take great pride in other people, when your loved one achieves something difficult, a child learning a new skill, a friend standing up for what they believe in, or a family member overcoming adversity. Being proud of their persistence, bravery or grit, because that is what it takes sometimes to achieve great things.

Sometimes you need to look back on how far you have come and what you have achieved right up until now. Doing this will make you feel proud of who you are and what you have achieved. So my question to you is this: What are you proud of in yourself?

I am incredibly proud of my daughter Lauren, and our beautiful grandson Lennie, picture below at nearly 9 months. Also my son Ricky, with all he has achieved through his hard work and of course my soul mate, my husband Paul. I just fills my heart with love and price for all the love and support I receive from them all.

Be proud of yourself and be happy.
