What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy involves being induced into a trance-like condition where your mind is awakened, putting you into a relaxing, enhanced state of awareness.

The aim of hypnosis is to connect with your subconscious mind in order to effect change in your life. Your subconscious mind is the deepest part of your personality and psyche, and is the source of all learning, all behaviour and all change.

Once in touch with your subconscious, I can suggest ideas, concepts, and lifestyle adaptations to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
