Different types of healing also help, as you know I offer Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Crystal and Sound healing. I recently attended a sound bath session, she used crystal singing bowls. The experience was amazing and it brought up a lot of emotions that I didn't realise I had been holding on it. Sometimes we just keep pushing things back in our minds and not dealing with them or expressing how we truly feel. Before you know it your ready to explode!
Having gratitude is so powerful, it is about taking time to reflect on the positive things of your day. It can be as simple as saying thank you to someone who you take for granted, a parent, a sibling, a friend and even your partner. At the end of each day I always find something to be grateful for. When you reflect and feel genuine gratitude, you create even more reasons to be grateful.
The angels love to hear us share gratitude, because the gratitude we genuinely feel is an energy that is magnetic to miracles. So today, I invite you to spend time contemplating what you are grateful for, and see if that can help shift off any challenging energies you've been facing.
