Finding Joy even in the smallest way: It could be just a cuppa with your friend, or a nice walk out with the dog. Seeing a bumble bee or butterfly and all of the lovely spring flowers that are now appearing. I know when our moods are low it is difficult to find joy, but if you look it is right there.
When things are not going to plan just thank the angels and your guides for helping you to resolve your issues and choose joy over upset and anger. Joy and happiness is the highest energy of all so choose joy no matter what is happening in your life.
How sad that Paul O'Grady has passed away, what a gorgeous man he was. A great charity worker and a massive mascot to Battersea Dogs Home. Obviously I didn't know him personally but he made a great impact on me and his wit, charm and laughter will be greatly missed. He passed peacefully to spirit, and as I know, his family and great friends would have been waiting for him.
It brings me great comfort to know that when we lose our loved ones they will be greeted by family and friends that have passed before them I used to be afraid of death, especially after losing my dad at such a young age of 61, but since I started my spiritual journey over 30 years ago I have had so much evidence of the afterlife I am no longer afraid.
As you may know I run a charity school in Zambia, Africa called Pride Rock School, https://www.facebook.com/procktrustschool/ we had a great fundraiser last July to extend the school. Firstly I am raising funds again to have purpose built toilets, so if you would like to help me you can donate at this link gofundme.com/f/support-pride-rock-trust-school
Secondly I am looking for Sponsors to sponsor a child to see them flourish and grow, your monthly donation of £30, will provide them with an education, a cooked meal everyday and a chance in their lives to be free from poverty. In return you will receive a monthly update on their progress, a school report each term, personal letters of thanks, and to be connected on our sponsors Whatsapp group.
Please visit the link to the Facebook page above for further information. This gives me great joy to watch them grow and be able to read and write, it's such a gift that we take for granted in this country.
I hope this helps you find joy and happiness even if in the darkest times.
Angel Blessings
